Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Quantum XChange’s Master Government Aggregator®, making the company’s innovative Phio TX® cryptographic management platform available to the Public Sector through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), OMNIA Partners and The Quilt contract.
