Suki, the leader in Ambient Clinical Intelligence (ACI), today announced $90 million in financing as part of its Series E to accelerate growth and expand its healthcare AI capabilities. The financing includes new investors Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital, and Hercules Capital, with participation from all existing institutional investors, including Venrock, Flare Capital Partners, Hedosophia, Philips Ventures, and Zoom Ventures.

Suki has expanded beyond clinical documentation into clinical reasoning, revenue cycle, and operational workflows. Last week, the company announced Ask, bringing trusted clinical knowledge from Wolters Kluwer’s UpToDate Expert AI directly into clinicians’ workflows. Suki now serves more than 450 healthcare organizations through its clinician-facing application and works with more than 30 technology partners that embed its AI into their own platforms.

Suki’s growth reflects accelerating demand for healthcare AI. Patient encounters supported by Suki grew more than 190% year over year in 2026. Revenue doubled in 2025 and is on track for similar growth in 2026, while revenue from its partner business has increased more than tenfold over the past two years.

As part of the financing, Aman Mahajan, MD, PhD, MBA, Partner at Healthier Capital, will join Suki’s Board of Directors. Mahajan brings extensive experience in clinical medicine, healthcare technology, and health system leadership, including prior roles at UPMC and UCLA Health.

“The real opportunity for AI in healthcare isn’t to automate individual tasks. It’s to rethink how work gets done across the health system,” said Aman Mahajan, MD, PhD, MBA, Partner at Healthier Capital. “What makes Suki particularly compelling is its dual approach: delivering AI directly to clinicians through its own application, Suki for Clinicians, while also powering AI capabilities within the platforms and technologies healthcare organizations already use. Combined with its sophisticated AI, deep clinical integrations, and demonstrated outcomes, this approach gives Suki a unique opportunity to scale intelligence across healthcare. We believe Suki can become the foundational infrastructure for how healthcare operates in the AI era.”

As healthcare AI moves beyond early adoption, the next challenge is fragmentation. Organizations are navigating a growing number of point solutions that often don’t connect to the broader workflows around them. Suki is building an open ecosystem for healthcare AI to change that, working with partners that embed Suki’s technology into their own platforms and those that bring complementary data and intelligence, so that intelligence can flow across clinical, financial, and operational workflows. The new financing will advance this ecosystem, along with Suki’s AI technology, integrations, and commercial organization.

“Clinical documentation was never the destination. It was the entry point,” said Punit Soni, Founder and CEO of Suki. “Healthcare doesn’t need another collection of disconnected AI features. It needs an intelligent operating system that understands the patient, works across the health system, and can help clinicians and organizations get work done. That’s the future we’ve been building toward for eight years, and this investment brings us one step closer to making it a reality.”

With growing adoption, an expanding technology ecosystem, and new capital to support its ambitions, Suki is entering its next chapter at a pivotal moment for healthcare AI. The company looks forward to sharing more about the next evolution of its technology and its vision for the future of healthcare.
